beacon DL3RTL/b on 28273 kHz, 10 metres - July 2011
On 28273 kHz the new beacon DL3RTL/b is irregulary on the air. Transmitting time is mainly when the propagation seems to be good, e.g. tropo or Es.
The beacon operates with 5 watts omnidirectional from the locator JO62ql in the center of Berlin. Receptions reports are welcome.
